This project is the development of a major commercial building complex in Ambon, the capital of the province of Maluku, Indonesia. The building complex will contain over 1,320 condominiums, a 5-star hotel of 280 rooms, conference center, cinemas, swimming pool, a major shopping center, an international hospital called Severance Hospital, an office space, hypo-market and management school.
